I had an urgent concern and they were able to see me within a 2 days. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just the DR, but everyone in that practice. Normally my questions are met with “ask the Dr” but the dental assistant, Kaitlin, knew everything I threw at her (and answered with a smile). Dr La Madrid and Kaitlin provided amazing service (multiple crowns). I’ve had crowns down before and they SUCK, but this process was so easy and painless. The crowns fit great the first time and they even adjusted both my retainers to fit them. They aren’t just a good dentistry, they were able to take a difficult customer and make him a raving fan. Very impressed. (Bre and Kim, front staff, were also amazing and very helpful) Farnood is amazing
